Q. Where is my Tracking information?
A. We partner with a bulk shipper in order to keep shipping costs down and fair, barring any sort of special circumstances most orders get packed and shipped in 2-5 days and sent out via pallet. Once the pallet ships out it goes directly to our shipping partners who then break down the pallet and send the packages out to regional fulfilement centers. This part of the proccess can take up to two weeks. Finally after the package arrives to the delivery state it is picked up by a local carrrier who will then in turn email the customer tracking and estimated delivery day. More often than not we find out the delivery information at the same time as tracking information is issued.
 
Q. Can I get a refund?
A. Yes, Absolutely. For orders that havent shipped out yet, we are more than happy to offer a refund in the orignal method of payment.

For orders that have shipped out, we would more than happily provide a return label at no additonal charge. Once the product arrives in our warehouse we will issue a refund.

 
Q. I ordered an item listed as pre sale, when will it arrive?
A.  All orders are fulfiled in the order that they are placed.

  • If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item, unless otherwise noted, your order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available.
  • Pre-order timelines vary based on product. Please refer to the product description for estimates on when the item you're ordering is intended to ship.
  • The date listed on the product page is an estimation based on details from the merchandise provider and can vary depending upon demand.
  • Details regarding delays are communicated when information is provided by the vendor or shipper. If an update has not been provided, we don't have the information readily available yet.
