On Taste: Some red nuances in the golden colour, deep aroma of fruit conserve and nuts. Very balanced on the palate, delicate, fruity and spicy, peppery nuances in the fresh and persistent after taste.
Cellaring: Store upright in a cool dark place. Does not develop significantly in the bottle. May be cellared over some years without losing freshness.
Serving: Serve slightly chilled, between 12 and 13ºC, in an appropriate glass. Goes well with all sorts of desserts,
especially those prepared with eggs or nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts…).
Wine EnthusiastFirm and dry, this wine shows more than its 10 years of aging. It has acidity as much as fruit, along with strong wood-aged flavors that push the spirit forward. At the end, it is all about the acidity and old wood flavors.
