Prices of our wines do not include shipping/handling charges, which vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options.
As shipping wine is complicated, we are constantly trying to update our shipping capabilities. If you have specific questions about shipping, please contact customer service. Please note that some states have laws on the shipment of alcohol that prohibit us from shipping to addresses in those states. Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Roselle Park Wines & Spirits to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the import of the package from New Jersey to his/her home state. Since we own all of our inventory and therefore arrange for transportation of the wine, Roselle Park Wines & Spirits is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Roselle Park Wines & Spirits, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine. By placing an order with Roselle Park Wines & Spirits, purchaser authorizes Roselle Park Wines & Spirits to act on buyer’s behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver buyer’s order. Roselle Park Wines & Spirits makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of New Jersey.
Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.
Orders placed will typically ship from our climate-controlled facility within the next 7-10 business days.
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email from Roselle Park Wines & Spirits confirming your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive an additional email which will include a tracking number for your convenience.
Products are packed in our “Shipper Approved” containers to ensure proper delivery. We do everything possible on our end to protect our products from temperature related damage.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from Roselle Park Wines & Spirits. All packages REQUIRE a signature by someone 21 years of age or older upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for the best service. Customer comments on your order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Leave at front door" unfortunately cannot be honored. Failure to comply with this policy will result in your wine being returned to Roselle Park Wines & Spirits without refund of any shipping charges.
When it is extremely hot or cold on the route between our location and the delivery address, we advise customers to choose to have the order held in our temperature-controlled facility until the weather is more favorable for shipping. We reserve the right to hold orders to protect the integrity of products shipped. Roselle Park Wines & Spirits assumes no responsibility for wines damaged in transit by temperature.
